Thank you for your interest in joining the 2025 LaSalle Strawberry Festival Parade on Saturday, June 7, 2025. Along with the fun that comes with participating in this annual event, it is also an effective way to create a tie between business and community, reach a wide demographic, and integrate a branding opportunity.

The parade is a cherished LaSalle Strawberry Festival tradition that brings joy to the young and young at heart. It is a free activity for families and community members to participate in by lining up along the parade route to cheer on the participants and celebrate the strawberry weekend festivities.

The parade will begin at Old Front Road and finish on Front Road at Sacred Heart Drive. Staging will take place at CenterLine, 415 Morton Drive. The LaSalle Strawberry Festival reserves the right to decline entries.

Entrants are encouraged to be creative when designing your entry.

All parade instructions for parade check-in and arrival time will be provided in advance by email to the primary and secondary contacts.

It is the responsibility of the primary contact to share all parade information with all of your participants. Your attendance will be confirmed by email by the LaSalle Strawberry Festival if accepted.

The parade entry and all of those participating agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Town of LaSalle, its agents, servants, employees, trustees, officers, Councillors and representatives from any and all liability, loss or damage that the Town of LaSalle may suffer as a result of any claims, demands, costs, actions, causes of actions or judgments, including legal fees, asserted against or incurred by the Town of LaSalle & LaSalle Strawberry Festival arising out of, during or as a result of participation  in the LaSalle Strawberry Festival, save and except any liability, loss or damage that is the result of or arising out of the sole negligence of the Town of LaSalle, its agents, servants and employees.
