2025 LaSalle Night Market Vendor Application

LaSalle Civic Centre, 5950 Malden Road

Vendor booths must be staffed for the entire duration of the event.

Check-in/set up begins at 2:30pm and must be completed by 3:45pm. Take-down begins once the market closes at 8:00pm. All booths must be removed from the premises before 9:00pm. Vendors are responsible for their own cleanup.

One vendor booth (10 ft by 10 ft space) is $38/hst for the event.

Night Markets in May though August are held at the LaSalle Civic Centre, unless of a threat of severe weather. In the case of severe weather, the event will be moved to the LaSalle Event Centre.

Personal information collected on this form is collected pursuant to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2001 and will be used for the purpose of reviewing applications for the LaSalle Night Market. Questions about the collection of this information should be directed to the Municipality at 519-969-7770.

Upon email acceptance and confirmation of this application, the Town of LaSalle, hereby grants the vendor permission to participate in the LaSalle Night Market, subject to the vendor rules and regulations, contained herein and attached hereto all of which form part of this agreement.

By signing this field, the vendor acknowledges that they have read and will abide by the Town of LaSalle Accessible Customer Service Policy, Harassment and Discrimination Program and Violence Prevention Program and the Municipal Events: Vendor Selection and Attendance Policy found at the Town of LaSalle website at www.lasalle.ca.

Promotional information is collected and used for the intended purpose only, related to marketing and promotions of Town of LaSalle events. The Town of LaSalle only tags business social media pages and does not tag personal profile pages. The collection of this information does not ensure the details will be included in Town of LaSalle promotions.

The Lessee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Town of LaSalle, its agents, servants, employees, trustees, officers, Councillors and representatives from any and all liability, loss or damage that the Town of LaSalle may suffer as a result of any claims, demands, costs, actions, causes of actions or judgments, including legal fees, asserted against or incurred by the Town of LaSalle & LaSalle Night Market arising out of, during, or as a result of participation in the LaSalle Night Market, save and except any liability, loss or damage that is the result of or arising out of the sole negligence of the Town of LaSalle, its agents, servants and employees.

This vendor agreement is only valid for the 2024 LaSalle Night Market. Personal information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 2001 and will be used for the purpose of vendor registration for the event.
