Vendor booths must be staffed for the entire duration of the event.

Check-in/set up begins at 2:30pm and must be completed by 3:45pm. Take-down begins once the market closes at 8:00pm. All booths must be removed from the premises before 9:00pm. Vendors are responsible for their own cleanup.

One vendor booth (10 ft by 10 ft space) is $36/hst for the event.

Personal information collected on this form is collected pursuant to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2001 and will be used for the purpose of reviewing applications for the LaSalle Night Market. Rules and Requirements for Vendors

I understand that booth placement is pre-determined by the Town

I understand that electrical is not guaranteed

Remain in designated vendor booth space (maximum 10x10 space)

Arrive on time (not in advance) for event set-up

Take-down begins once the market closes at 8:00pm

Ensure that all tables, tents and extension cords and equipment are properly secured

Ensure that Town property is not damaged or defaced from vendor booth space

Ensure that all promotional materials remain inside my designated booth space

Food Truck Vendors: Have copies of all necessary paperwork to be produced if an inspector attends (WECHU, insurance, fire inspection)

Upon email acceptance into the event, the Town of LaSalle hereby grants the vendor permission to participate in the LaSalle Night Market, subject to the Vendor Rules & Regulations, contained herein and attached hereto all of which form part of this agreement.

By signing this field, the vendor acknowledges that he/she has read and will abide by the Town of LaSalle Accessible Customer Service Policy, Harassment and Discrimination Program and Violence Prevention Program found at the Town of LaSalle website at www.lasalle.ca.

The Lessee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Town of LaSalle, its agents, servants, employees, trustees, officers, Councillors and representatives from any and all liability, loss or damage that the Town of LaSalle may suffer as a result of any claims, demands, costs, actions, causes of actions or judgments, including legal fees, asserted against or incurred by the Town of LaSalle & LaSalle Night Market arising out of, during, or as a result of participation in the LaSalle Night Market, save and except any liability, loss or damage that is the result of or arising out of the sole negligence of the Town of LaSalle, its agents, servants and employees.
