Holiday Lights Heritage Nights Vendor Application

Submission of this form does not indicate acceptance into the 2024 Holiday Lights Heritage Nights Market(s).

Location: Event Centre, 970 Front Road

Time: 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Vendor booths must be staffed for the entire duration of the event.

Check-in/set up begins at 3:30pm and must be completed by 4:45pm. Take-down begins once the market closes at 8:00pm. All booths must be removed from the premises before 9:00pm. Vendors are responsible for their own cleanup.

One vendor booth (10 ft by 10 ft space) is $36/hst for the event. This market is held inside of the Event Centre. Tents are not required, but are recommended. Vendors must provide their own tables.

Upon email acceptance and confirmation of this application, the Town of LaSalle, hereby grants the vendor permission to participate in the 2024 Holiday Lights, Heritage Nights Market, subject to the Vendor Rules & Regulations, contained herein and attached hereto all of which form part of this agreement.

By signing this field, the vendor acknowledges that he/she has read and will abide by the Town of LaSalle Accessible Customer Service Policy, Harassment and Discrimination Program and Violence Prevention Program found at the Town of LaSalle website at www.lasalle.ca.

Promotional information is collected and used for the intended purpose only, related to marketing and promotions of Town of LaSalle events. The Town of LaSalle only tags business social media pages and does not tag personal profile pages. The collection of this information does not ensure the details will be included in Town of LaSalle promotions.

The Lessee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Town of LaSalle, its agents, servants, employees, trustees, officers, Councillors and representatives from any and all liability, loss or damage that the Town of LaSalle may suffer as a result of any claims, demands, costs, actions, causes of actions or judgments, including legal fees, asserted against or incurred by the Town of LaSalle & LaSalle Night Market arising out of, during, or as a result of participation in the LaSalle HLHN Market, save and except any liability, loss or damage that is the result of or arising out of the sole negligence of the Town of LaSalle, its agents, servants and employees.

This vendor agreement is only valid for the 2024 LaSalle HLHN Market. Personal information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 2001 and will be used for the purpose of vendor registration for the event.
