Accuracy and Completion: Please be mindful of punctuation and spelling when filling in the form as mistakes may delay the licensing process.

Appointment: Once you submit your Application, you will receive an email with a PDF copy of your Application and a member of Council Services will contact you within 24 - 48 business hours to schedule an appointment.

Fee: The fee for a Marriage Licence is $125.00. Please note that a 1.75% service charge (applied to the $125.00 fee) will also be applied to the card you use and will appear on your statement as a separate transaction. 

Privacy Statement: The personal information contained on this form is collected under the authority of the Marriage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M. 3 and will be used to determine whether to issue a Marriage Licence.
