Temporary Patio Request

Important: Please review our Temporary Patio Guidelines before submitting an online application. 

The following documents are required before your application will be considered

  1. Copy of your existing Liquor Sales Licence
  2. Letter of Permission from the landlord/owner
  3. Plan of proposed temporary patio (must meet the Town's requirements)
  4. Windsor-Essex County Health Unit letter of "No Objection" (this can be provided later)

Fee: There is a $100.00 non-refundable processing fee. Please note that a 1.75% service charge will be applied your credit card.
