Temporary Patio Request
Important: Please review our Temporary Patio Guidelines before submitting an online application.
The following documents are required before your application will be considered
- Copy of your existing Liquor Sales Licence
- Letter of Permission from the landlord/owner
- Plan of proposed temporary patio (must meet the Town's requirements)
- Windsor-Essex County Health Unit letter of "No Objection" (this can be provided later)
Fee: There is a $100.00 non-refundable processing fee. Please note that a 1.75% service charge will be applied your credit card.
