Liquor Licence - Municipal Clearance Request

Important: All liquor licence applicants must also make an application directly to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). The AGCO is the provincial regulatory agency that approves liquor licence applications. The Town of LaSalle DOES NOT issue liquor licences.

Fee: There is a $50.00 non-refundable processing fee. Please note that a 1.75% service charge will be applied your credit card.

Applicant must contact the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit (519-258-2146) to request a letter of non-objection (the AGCO requires this).

The Council Services Department will circulate your floor plan and any other relevant documents to Building Services and Fire Services on your behalf. You will be contacted if there are any questions or require to schedule an inpsection.
