Application for Feral Cat Spay and Neuter Vouchers

Please proof read your Application prior to submission as the information you provide will be used to generate vouchers should you be a successful recipient.

Vouchers will be offered to the public on a first come, first serve basis. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. You will be notified if all Vouchers have been accounted for.

Eligibility Criteria

Please read the following carefully before proceeding with your application:

A maximum of five (5) spay or neuter vouchers are available per household for qualifying caregivers of feral cats. In order to be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

They are at least 18 years of age
They are a resident of the Town of LaSalle
Their primary residence is located in the Town of LaSalle

The information I have provided is complete and true to the best of my knowledge. I am at least 18 years of age, a resident of the Town of LaSalle and my primary place of residence is within the Town of LaSalle. I understand that if I do not sign this application, this application will not be processed.

I understand that vouchers are issued on a first come, first serve basis. I understand that Phase 1 vouchers expire on July 31, 2024 and that Phase 2 vouchers expire on December 31, 2024. If I am unable or decide not to use the vouchers that are issued to me, I agree to return the vouchers to the Town of LaSalle.
