In accordance with the Fence and Swimming Pool By-law 8594, residents in the Town of LaSalle may apply for a request for relief to the Fence and Swimming Pool By-law. A relief may be applied for by the owner of the property who is unable meet the requirements of By-law 8594.
Fee: A $500.00 non-refundable application fee applies. Payment must be made at Town Hall (cash, debit, and checks are accepted). Please visit the finance counter on the first floor of Town Hall to make payment.
Once the application is complete, By-law staff will review the request for relief and prepare a report for Council's consideration. By-law staff will contact the applicant with a time and date for when this matter will be heard by Council.
Depending on the nature of the matter, the Town of Lasalle may contact adjacent neighbours for comments and to make them aware of the request.
